errno meanings - Deploy Failure

win2k SP3, OD 5.6
Heres a section of a failed deployment

I was looking for the meaning of errno 32.. is there a list somewhere of all errors.
Im guessing so far that windows did not release the lock on the file. I really cant see any other reason. Im hoping errno 32 might shed some light

If it is a windows locking symptom, would svrTryCount help as we are using websphere and ibm http server (apache). Or is it soley for IIS?
