Need Help on Iserver manual

Hi All,

I am new to BIRT Technologies.
Could anyone suggest any links for some manuals on how to use

Birt designer to design the reports,
need to create adhoc and interactive reports.

My Requirement is

To create a Dashboard with different chart options which would be accessed by users with some privileges.
we need to provide a single sign on facility to the birt server.
After Going thru all the features of Birt Iserver I found it serves some of my requirements.
But struck at this point , unable to move further as i cannot found any documentation or manuals on how to create, integrate reports.

Could anyone please provide this useful info, which would be of great help for me.
