Web Viewer Problem In weblogic 9.2

We are trying to upgrade our reports from 2.2.1.Created the reports using 2.5.0 using Eclipse downloaded from birt exchange.We have a dynamic web module (part of an ear file)under weblogic workshop .Imported the birt.war file from the runtime for 2.5.0 in to the webmodule .copied the plugins and the reports that are designed in the eclipse for the same version.Now after we deploy the ear to the weblogic the viewer application deployed properly.test design working fine.when we call our reports (using frameset) the viewer is throughing Assertion Exception.Tried with 2.5.2,2.5.1 and couldn't even see the viewer working .Had luck with 2.5.0 for the viewer but the Assertion exceptions haunting from last 3 weeks.We were able to design very nice and complex reports but the integration is blocking us from moving forward.
