Savedone

System

Hi all,
in my js file, i execute a callserver on savedone event.
the call server returns data that i need to set some item values.
This works perfectly well but i have the message " You have not saved your changes.Are you sure you want to close ?"
seems the changes are note considered ...what can i do it's a urgent matter please any answer is welcome
