BIRT_VIEWER_LOG_LEVEL - bug ?

All,

I am setting BIRT_VIEWER_LOG_LEVEL to ALL, or FINEST but I am only getting 0 byte files when the report I am previewing works, and when there is an error - I only get that error... I am migrating from 2.1 to 2.5 and I need to see the same level of detail in the log files as I saw in 2.1...

Anyone know why this setting seems to be ignored ?
