Birt Pagination Issue

Hi,
I think may be ther's an issue with Birt's pagination.

for exp: in a multi-page report , if you navigate to the 5th page of 6
and then you hit the parameters popup from the viewer and select other parameters thet returns les ressults, let we say 3 pages.

Birt shows a pop up saying "invalid page number", and stays in the same previous page 5 of 6( this dosen;t apper when refreshing the browser)

It seems that birt dosen't rest the page number

is there a way to tell birt that it should reset its pagination when parameters pop is cliked?????
