Has anyone had any luck in contacting Opentext in regards to Teamsite administrator training?
I've been trying to find out what's available and the costs involved for the last two and a half months, but haven't had much luck. A support ticket gave me a contact email who took a month to respond asking what sort of training I was looking for and to check the website for it - despite the email saying it was Teamsite administrator training and not listed on the website.
I've also tried the apactraining and training@opentext.com email addresses with no response.
