I tries to install TeamSite 7.3.2 on Window 2008 R2 using the installation package - IWOVInstaller-Windows-7.3.2.0.0.exe and choose to install the following components:
- ALL the Base Components
- UI Framework
- Administration Console
- TeamSite User Interface
- TeamSite
- TeamSite WorkFlow Modeler
- CSSDK Soap Web Service
Prior to execute IWOVInstaller-Windows-7.3.2.0.0.exe, I have already install ONLY OpenDeploy Base Server - IWOVOpenDeployBaseFull-Windows-7.3.2.exe and have already configured the OpenDeploy before installing TeamSite according to the Installation Guide.
The TeamSite installation goes smoothly until the installation requires me to restart my system for the Post-reboot configuration. After the restart, the installation let me choose 1 of 3 installation type options again:
- Use Common Service on another computer
- Install Common Services on this computer
- Skip, only runtime applications will be installed, upgraded/reinstalled, or uninstalled
I choose option 2 and the dialog box prompt the following error:
Pre-install component selection failed. Component(s) could not be found in the package (attached please find the full error description)
What should I do in order to execute the post-reboot configuration of TeamSite? Thanks.
