Teamsite Content Migration from one server to another

I am trying to migrate the content of teamsite from one server to another, and I am using CLT 'iwmigrate' .

But i am getting error for acess , although i have admin access to both the servers. I am also attaching the screen shot that i am getting , just to have better understanding of the issue.

Is there any implementation error that I am doing , if not, is there any other way to complete this migration activity.? Any lead is much appreciated.
