E-Studio page design/template question

I'm not up on all the bootstrap stuff available but for the life of me I'm stumped.  I need to build a template that will produce a page like the diagram below. I'm stumped.  LiveSite throws in sooooo many wrapper divs around the component there's little I can do.

 

The nav component will be shorter than the body content on the right.
