Please help me understand what is wrong in below scenario:
- Suppose I Add a user in Teamsite and give access to a branch 'ABC' as Editor.
- BUT I do NOT add the user to the GROUP which owns the WORKAREA of the branch 'ABC'.
1.) Will the user have a read only access to branch 'ABC' in the above case ?
2.) What is the importance / significance of a GROUP being set as the owner of a WORKAREA?
3.) When a user needs Editor access, why there is a two step process:
- STEP 1: Give user Editor Access on the Branch First
- STEP 2: User MUST be added to the GROUP which owns the Workarea ? Why this 2nd step is required?
