E-Studio (TS 8.2) - Template relationship with Pages

I built a page (6 or 7 actually) based upon a template.  I have changed and submitted the template.  I would expect the page to tell me that the template has been updated and I can Merge or Overwrite.  But it's not.  I believe that's abnormal.
