We are facing an issue, while checking for any existing derivatives using getDerivativeDetails method, it is working fine for small size assets i.e. for an asset of size 24kb and 200x200 dimension. It is even returning null in no time when derivative doesnt exist. But for a large asset size, i.e. for an asset of size more than 4MB and 2500x2500 dimension, it takes forever and I can see "java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe" error in TeamSite logs. No specific error found in MBP.log or Net.log
Any pointers would be appreciated.
