Do deletes without removing everything...

I cannot use do_deletes since it blows everything not in TS out. Is there a way to configure if I remove blah.html from TS that it get removed but if foo.html is in prod & never was in TS, it stays ?

I just do not want to go experiment on my prod server. :-)
