My WF is simple
Start -> group task -> Approver task -> deploy task -> end
The Group task should be shared by TS users who have the role of Authors in that branch.
The Approver task should be sharec by TS users who have the role of Reviewer in that branch.
Also is it possible to have a group task (or reviewer task) where the attached filelist can't be changed? Once it gets to review, new files can't be added nor removed.
The only reason I'm not using WFTs is, as I understand it, roles and TS groups are not available to WFT workflows.
Please point me along the path.
