Email Notification task failing all of sudden

Hi Geeks,


Email Notification task is hanging in workflow modeller on production server all of sudden. Though it gets successfully notified when TeamSite master invokes the workflow but when business user invokes the same customized workflow it hangs. And for your information it was working fine earlier and business users have proper permissions, roles and group access.

What could be possibilities of this error and how can resolve this?

And no information from the logs to trace the error.
