I would love to be able to set (or unset) the conditions upon which a files is determined to be modified in a workarea. For instance, if I simply change the file permissions on all the files in a workarea, it shows every single file to be modified. But I don't really want TeamSite to consider a file modified if anything but the actual content of the file is different. It would be nice if there was a mechanism to tell TeamSite that if the difference between a file in a workarea and STAGING is only a difference in file permissions, then don't consider the file to be modified. This is just an example - I am sure there are other file attributes I would want to include in that list of things I would not want TeamSite to consider when setting the modification bit on a file.
