MediaBin 8.0.3 - Unable to upload

System

Hello,

I've installed Mediabin Server along with IDOL, web services on Server A and have now installed MediaBin 8.0.3 on Server B. I am able to login with the main account and navigate around the UI without issue EXCEPT for the fact that I am unable to upload any files.

I click on the "Click here to upload" button/dropdown box and nothing happens. Well I shouldn't say nothing happens when in fact a small checkbox appears under the "Click here to upload".

I've configured the FTP client using the Network service, assigned the read/write permissions and such.

Has anyone ever seen this before and or have any advice on what this could be? I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like.
