OpenDeploy 731 Service fails to start

Hello,

We have a server with OpenDeploy Receiver installed. The OpenDeploy Service will not start successfully. When the service is started, it immediately fails.

The event log description for the event states that "The Java Virtual Machine has exited with a code of 3, the service is being stopped." with event ID 4096.

Anyone have any insights into what this issue is and how to resolve? I can't find a thing on Java exit code 3.
