How to check the patch number in Teamsite

Folks,
There might be a command but I honestly don't know where to check and hence asking in this forum. We have 2 separate TS-73200 Servers but I suspect that there is some difference in patch versions as results vary in some of the cases even if we use the same code...Might be some patches have been applied which I don't know and our TS Team changed and there is a shortage of documentation here... Can anyone please help me on how to find the patch applied on a particular TS Server? Thanks
