Is this a supported upgrade path? Our HP rep just told a manager here that "you will have to do a two-step upgrade TO GET TO 7.3 or 7.4"
so do this mean we are forced to go from:
6.7.2 sp2 > 7.1.x > 7.4.1?
is it not possible to go from
6.7.2 sp2 > 7.4.1?
The documentation as usual is horrible, and what they fish had posted previously about upgrading from 6.7.2 to 7.3.2 has been deleted!

Upgrade Paths
To upgrade to TeamSite 7.2 in place, you must at least have TeamSite 6.7.2 with
Service Pack 2 or greater installed on your machine. No direct upgrade is
available from versions prior to TeamSite 6.7.2, Service Pack 2.
The following upgrade paths are supported for upgrading to TeamSite 7.2.

- TeamSite 6.7.2 SP2 to TeamSite 7.2
- TeamSite 6.7.2 SP2 Patch 1a to TeamSite 7.2
