adding a meta tag

(This maybe a LiveSite question but...)

Please tell me there is an easy way that I can add:

<meta name="viewport" content="initial-scale=1.0"/>

to every page on the site easily? (.page)

I have a way that I can add it on a page/page/page/page... basis, but I'm hoping I can do it in one place.
