how can I detect a "delete workarea file" event

Hi all,

Is it possible to configure a workflow that listen on the event of
"delete a workarea file"?

it's not "deleting a staging file", because a staging file will be "marked as delete" and user need to submit the file to really delete it.

Since we are syncing the DCR to a database ourselves (not using DAS),
the CCPro UI now have no such event, so I cannot delete the corresponding record in the database when user delete a DCR which is in workarea.

I like to listen to this event in the Teamsite UI and the CCPro UI.
