If you have your XSL in separate from your components and you make a change to the XSL, we have found that you need to clear the cache on the server manually.
There are two ways that I've found to clear the cache:
1) restart the LSDS server. (login to the server and recycle the process) This involves about 5 -> 15 seconds of down time.
2) go to
http://(servername):1776/iw/admin/JCS.jsp and click on the link "clear all regions". You probably could go through each of the components and pages to figure out exactly what needs to be cleared, but one click does everything.
Any other suggestions?
