DAS crashed and need tore-save a pre-existing DCR?

Is there any other way to re-save a pre-existing DCR other than to open each .xml file individually then click save & close it?

DAS was down on our system for a day and all of our DCRs need resaved so the database gets populated. please advise, thanks!

we have about a hundred dcrs and it will be terrible if i have to open each one individually thru the gui.
