Linux RHEL 5.5
Upgrading OD was smooth as could be. But I start the TS Installer and it doesn't seem to recognize something about Common Services and leads me to only the options of Installing or Uninstalling rather than Upgrading. First screen is this. Note how it says it finds Common Services but can't access it - is that normal?:
If I click Next, I get here. It's not giving me the option to Upgrade, which it should according to the Installation Guide:
