"Mobile" capabilities in Teamsite

I just saw the recording of the latest Devnet webinar, which also had a quick demo of the latest Teamsite 7.3.1 release. Part of that demo demonsrated the ability to use some sort of a "mobile template developer IDE" to "assemble" a template for a mobile web channel, and then use a built-in "emulator" as well to preview that template for different mobile devices - iPhone, Android, etc.

Beyond the standard use of SitePublisher layouts, components and HTML5 compliant templates to create "mobile websites", combined with possibly using Livesite Content Services on the delivery side as the foundation for enabling a "native mobile app" (if needed), I actually wasn't aware of any 'specific capability' available across Interwoven TS, SP and LS to support the mobile web and/or the mobile app channels specifically.

Does anyone in this group have any information on what capabilities are available in the latest and greatest release as far as enabling 'mobile web' and 'mobile app' channels go ? Any documents or KB items that we can refer to ?

Would appreciate any input.
