Issue in ui customization : Mozilla Firefox

Hi,

I am facing an issue on mozilla firefox (I am using 17.0.1) wherein, clicking on a custom link added to Teamsite menu items, two popups are opening up for the same invoked url.

I am not facing this issue on IE.
