Yesterday we had a situation where ALL PLC workflows were queuing up. There was plenty of disk space everywhere, no deployments were running. We restarted the OD service without success.
I asked HP support one simple question "What is it waiting for?" They didn't answer me. They requested about a dozen different log files and configuration files...etc. I finally gave up and just rebooted the box.
After rebooting - all is okay.
My Question is: Does anyone know what the system checks to determine that another PLC is already running? Because whatever it is, in our case yesterday, it got set without being unset.
