EventSubsystem DB migration

I will be performing a fresh install of TeamSite 7.1, migrating from 6.7.2 SP2. Our EventSubsystem DB is running on a SQL server, which will also be upgraded to Win 2008 and SQL 2008.

What is needed to copy over the existing DB’s and ensures they work with the new fresh install of TeamSite 7.1?
