Report Center url doesnt come up every now n than

We have installed advanced report center. I do see reports link on top right of Teamsite CCPro after restart.


But i do not see this link after some time & I have to do iwreset -a to get this link back up.

I see Interwoven Report service running all the time.

Please suggest how can i ensure this service doesnt go down & Why is this service stopping so frequently?
