using StringTemplates.xsl

OK, so there is an XSL that does regex,


locate StringTemplates.xsl
/appl/interwoven/ApplicationContainer/server/default/deploy/iw-cc.war/WEB-INF/classes/com/interwoven/xsl/StringTemplates.xsl
/appl/interwoven/ApplicationContainer/server/default/deploy/iw-preview.war/WEB-INF/classes/com/interwoven/xsl/StringTemplates.xsl


My question is how can I use this in my SP XSL ? Specifically how do I reference it so that it works in preview and in runtime ?

I really hope these regex work reasonably well.
