Gateway Error HTTP Status 502 returned from Teamsite 7.1

Hi,

I'm pretty new to this forum and this is my first thread. I tried to search for similar exception/error message but did not get any relavant search results (probably I did not know how to search).

We have a Teamsite 7.1 set up and one of the external clients is crawling the Teamsite files using CSSDK Soap services (CSSOAPFactory is used for the connection). The external client was working fine until this morning it started receiving HTTP Status 502 Gateway Error from the Teamsite.

I looked into the cssdk_soap.log file and found the following relevant error messages:

com.interwoven.cssdk.sci.exception.ExceptionHandler () - Erorr occued while getting error message from Server
com.interwoven.cssdk.sci.exception.ExceptionHandler () - error code :: 920
com.interwoven.cssdk.sci.exception.ExceptionHandler () - error Msg :: unable to establish connection with the Server

I'm unable to figure out why this issue is coming up. Please help me. Please let me know if any other additional information is required to identify the root cause.
