Teamsite Workflow Error: You do not have permission to work on this task.

System

USECase;

1. A User with Admin access submits a file to a workflow for review.

2. A reviewer with Editor access, is suppose to "take" the unassigned review task. But an error message shows up saying ""You do not have permission to work on this task.


If the Editor submits the file, then he is allowed to review it.

If an Editor Submits a file, then an Admin is allowed to review it.

But an Admin submitted a file and an editor could not review it.
