maketoolkit crashed TS/unable to bring back up - please help

System

IT ran a maketoolkit for us last nite, and it crashed our production TS 6.7.2 sp2 environment...so we took out the changes, reran the toolkit, and we still cannot get the production box back up. we have a ticket open w/ iwov, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

when trying to access the login page, we get a 404 apache/tomcat error. i dont see anything interesting in the logs besides...
