I have written a custom menu item which basically unlocks another person's file, provided they are in your group, etc. Under very special circumstances, it works but most of the time, it does not. Even from the command line, I'll "su" and it'll say Permission Denied, even when the locker, the unlocker and the branch and workarea are in common groups.
My question is: what parameters need to be in place in order for one person to unlock a file that another person locked?
