I'm on my 9th day of no initial contact from Support (a new record!) on this issue, so I thought I'd present it here.
We've installed 7.2.1 TeamSite on a Linux VM recently. For the most part, it's working fine.
We had an initial problem in that the /interwoven partition we installed into was mounted with the nosuid option, so all of the files in /httpd/iw-bin that needed the sticky bits didn't have them and we had the resulting problems with various processes not running 'as root'.
We fixed that (remounted /interwoven without nosuid & reset perms), but now have this problem:
Whenever we try to invoke a workflow, we get the following error:
"Teamsite : Wrapper Error: Open Session Error"
There was another post (
http://devnet.interwoven.com/forums_vb/showthread.php?t=25381&forumid=16&highlight=wrapper+session+open) from 2008 from a CAPS install, but it had no response.
Anyone have an idea? I can do a submit of content with a CLT, but I can't invoke the Submit workflow yet.
