How to remove "All" option in Content Center?

I want to remove "view all" option in workflow tab and content tab.
because there are too many workflows and thousands files in a folder.
sometimes, Content Center UI service was down with out of memory exception.

I have already changed -Xms options, cache size and tried many kinds of ways. but i can make it what i want.

now, i want to remove "All".

please, help me.
