onItemChange event

Hi,

I have code on item change event it checks for existence file validation if it is selected before it will display message that is working fine.

If reselect same file it won't fire onItemChange Events bcz same file i am selecting ?
Is there any way to solve this with out redrawing dcr.?

for example: i have selected test.pdf first time

second time selecting same pdf. onitemchange it will message saying it is already selected and it will clear

third item if i am selected same pdf onItemChange Won't fire?
