Reverse deploy failed to compare

It's been a while since I've been on DevNet, but I'm hoping it's still as active as ever.

I'm trying to get a reverse deployment to work.

Here's the issue: from a Linux based system to a windows based system and the Linux file system has two files that differ only by the case of the filename. (See below)

I have an in the filter section hoping to just compare the one file. (Which is funny, because that's the only one I really want from the folder and 6.0.2 has a bug that reverse filelist deployments don't work)

Any way to prevent this error?

OD Base:6.0.2 (Windows side)
OD Receiver: 6.2.1 (Linux side)
