List all private files

Does anyone know how to list all private files in a workarea?

I have written a script to crawl all files and then run iwprv -g on each of them.

Most branches have hundreds of thousands of files. The method that I'm using is inefficient and not practical.

I'm just wondering if there is a way to list all private files as fast as listing all locked files with iwlistlocks command.
