Error in downloading MP4 files

I am able to upload & prevew MP4 files in Mediabin Web Client.
But not able to download it using following retriaval tasks
- Video - MP4 retrieval task
- (Get Original)
- (None) as retrieval task

Using Video -MP4 inbuilt retrieval task i am getting error :

The asset(s) could not be retrieved from the MediaBin server.

•brizio_720p_1.mp4: Exception in Primitive {A141D164}! Reason = Unspecified error, Message = Unable to launch transcoder. Error number [0xfffffffe].

"
