Save As while in existing DCR and hitting next results in two DCRs getting attached

When a user opens an existing DCR and then does a Save As and give it a new name then clicks "Finish" and goes through the process to create a Job it attaches both the original "unedited" DCR and the new DCR to the workflow. I checked and the original doesn't show it as being edited. I don't want the original DCR attached to the new workflow, just the new DCR with the new name. This seems to have popped up on 6.7.2. It did not happen in the past.

I could write something in the wft to removed unedit files, but was looking for maybe a config change or something. Does it happen in sp2 or version 7? If not, then I can let the users know what it's fixed in upcoming versions. Anyone else noticed this issue and have any solution for it?
