Anyone using 7.2.1 with mulitple projects ?

This works on 6.7.2 but as my customer is upgrading to 7.2.1, it is failing.

We have implemented the instructions in the SPDev manual, Deploy Mulitple Sites to Multiple Runtime Instances. (Branch 1 goes to LiveSiteRuntime, Branch 2 to LSRuntime2, etc)

Changed the beans and rebuilt the GUI. Also changed default.site in branch 2 to deploy to LSRuntime2. However if I run the WF and it gives me a Null Pointer Exception.

If I change the WF to push to LiveSiteRuntime & change the default.site then it works great.

Am I doing something really stupid or have I hit a major showstopper ?

Anyone doing Appendix E with 7.2.1 ?
