SitePublisher Layouts - Fine-Grained Control? What is possible?

Is it possible to have fine-grained control over SitePublisher layouts for pages, templates and components to support the following requirements :

- Ability to lock specific components on a template, or on a page, so they cannot be moved and/or resized
- Ability to contain the above functionality to specific users/groups, such that some users/groups can move around components but others can not
- Ability to configure which "areas" and "rows" within a fixed-area layout can have which components, so you can "restrict" certain components to be placed only in certain areas - e.g., header component should go only in the top row header area
- Ability to drive this to a configurable list of components, such a certain area/row can be configured to allow some specific components, but not all, and have this different per area
- Ability to manage layout locking in general - at multiple levels - component, page and template
- Ability to manage authorization at the individual component levels - so actions such as edit content, appearance, layout, move, resize the component, etc. can be managed per component per user group on a per page basis.


Does SitePublisher support any of this functionality today ? If not, are there plans to support it in a future release ?
