TS 7.x on MS 2003 Enterprise Server 64 bit?

(It's been a while...)
We would like to run TS 7.x on Microsoft 2003 (or 2008) Enterprise Server 64 bit edition. Has anyone tried this? Running in a 32 bit shell is an option.
