7.2.1 Advance plugins not showing (MCE)

Linux, TS 7.2.1

Trying to use some of the advanced plugins (TS FP Dev Guide, Table 8, pages 130-131),

All I should have to do is

IWTinyMCECustomConfig("NewMCEConfig", "toolbarRow", "charmap,inserttime,insertdate,advimage,advhr");

I see the 1st three but not the other 2 (which are in the plugins folder and used by SP).

If I try to add them to plugins the MCE does not come up

IWTinyMCECustomConfig("NewMCEConfig", "plugins", "advhr,advimage");

Am I missing something stupid ?
