IIS TeamSite Preview 'bin' Folder

Does anyone know how to configure a 'bin' folder under a TeamSite preview IIS server. I tried creating a bin folder under TS-Preview, and dropping our DLL there. This however did not work.

We output .aspx pages and have a .NET DLL library that is used within these pages. Our target servers are fine, as we can drop the DLL into the site/bin folder. The problem is when we preview a DCT/page within TeamSite, the DLL library cannot be found.

I know that registering the DLL in the Windows GAC works; however, we would prefer a 'bin' folder deployment.
