Fixing Common Services

trying to upgrade Solaris 10 from 7.1 to 7.2

Ran the installer, need to push up Common Services first.

No problem ran that one, went fine, no errors.

Reboot, try to run installer again, it tells me that it cannot reach the common services and I am stuck

Very little in the logs, when it tries to reach server:9080/iw-registry-restservice/execute it gets connection refused.

Nothing is running on 9080

I checked my DB connections, they are correct and appear to be working.

I cannot find any logs for Common Services.

Any tips/pointers/RTFMs appreciated
