Check if replicant values exists in DCR

System

I have a form with an optional replicant field. How do I check to see if it exists before running it thru a series of "iw_iterate and iw_if expn" statements for further handling for TPL processing?

Thus if there are no replicant values - I want to skip to the next set of TPL code.
